One of my biggest stress relievers is cooking.  Whether I’m putting together a meal just for one, or baking a birthday cake for someone special, I love to be in the kitchen creating something delicious.  As a home cook I’ve become increasingly aware of the quality of food I put into my body.  So, most of these recipes here will be on the healthy side.  But, not to worry, there is always room for a little decadence every now and then.  Either way, the recipes below are pretty easy–simple ingredients and fuss-free.  I hope you’ll give these a try and check back often for new recipes and ideas.

    1. Sad to say, it’s not my recipe, but one from–which is a great resource! They post recipes and food stuff from the now-defunct Gourmet magazine and Bon Appetit. Here’s the link:
      It’s so easy to make and comes together really quickly. Moreover, it’s actually good for you! No guilt here–lots of lean protein and fiber. Let me know how it turns out; I’m sure Cam will be pleased.
